1. Can I set active session?
Yes you can. You can set queue to start at 11am - 2pm, 6pm - 8pm. You may also set as 1 session, 11am - 8pm.
2. What software or hardware is required?
For backend queue checking, you can use any hardware with internet connection such as tablet or mobile phone.
3. How to prevent phantom queue?
You can update the Pin daily to prevent phantom queue. In the backend, you can blacklist mobile numbers that is frequently a no show.
3. I have many stores. Can I use it?
Yes, you can. Our system can support mutliple stores.
